I love all the Caraway stuff I bought with the exception of the small pot in this set. The curved sides result in a much smaller area on the bottom that interact with the cooktop. The result is that it heats VERY slowly. I not sure how hot it will eventually get as I simply didn’t have the time to wait. I think I’ll use this one as a flower pot. Caraway could fix the problem by refining the shape to increase the contact surface of the bottom. I love the other pieces, but buying 3 pieces to get two that work isn’t a good deal.

I LOVE this cookware!!! however, I am missing two pieces in the set...the covered casserole and the covered stockpot. My daughter Sarah has tried to contact you folks but you still seemed confused about the missing pieces in my order. I had been researching Non PFAS cookware for a while and landed on Caraway because of the quality and I am not disappointed. It is safe and extremely non-stick! You can use a bit of water or broth to cook in because you really do not need oil or butter. I take great care in washing them by hand. There is a sponge provided to remove any scuff marks. And I LOVE the storage slats that come with the cookware sets!

There's nothing better than being able to eat very well without covering your food with lots of oils and Butters to assure it does not stick while cooking. With my new set, don't have to use a lot of cooking sprays or butters.

Nothing sticks and they are easily cleaned beautifully, made feels very sturdy feeling. I know I am going to Enjoy these for many years to come. Next I will be buying the bake ware.
