It has a great flavor that I pair with other bold flavor cheese then soften the taste with a dab of jam or honey. So tasty and always a crowd pleaser

Our meat and cheese trays for the holidays are never complete without this salami. It's always the first meat to go, it's so delicious. The value is great and I love that it's not pre cut so I can cut the slices thick to my likeness. Also great as a pizza topping.
