I love these earbuds. They feel definitely worth the price and a all around great buy. Giving me exactly what I was looking for. For years I have used the raycon E55 and some of the features I loved about raycon was the manual button in the earbuds, excessive bass and great inside-ear fit. Recently however, raycon has gone the way of the world— they have put sensors on the earbuds in the place of buttons and Balanced out the audio. So I began my search for new earbuds. —THE SOUND— Both the AirPods, galaxybuds and raycons I have tried tend to be balanced and prioritize giving equal notes to all instruments For a clear and concise sound, But to someone who is not an audiophile it sounds very flat and devoid of the punch that I desire. For me- I want it to be great sounding but also noticeably bass heavy. These Beats Studio buds deliver. The company recognizes that your not using these to analyze a song. These are for the people who like bass and want to feel some gravitas in their ears! —CONNECTIVITY— These connect effortlessly to iPhone, as if they were AirPods. It was the single biggest factor that blew me away with these. They are incredibly easy to connect. I cannot speak for android but these work great. They do not have a lot of audio adjustments like Bose but I frankly don’t need them to. You can easily see the battery state on both buds and the case from a pop up window in your apple home screen whenever opening the case, just like AirPods. —FIT— The fit is not as good as the raycon E55 but only by a little bit. They fit snuggly in your ears well enough that they do not fall off when running and working out. Although adjustments might need to be made to them occasionally. (I have small ears, so the fit is review as such) —THE CONTROLS— The controls are simple and straightforward. They are just like what you come to expect from earbuds. Single tap, double tap, triple tap. The earbuds HAVE AN ACTUAL BUTTON… which I thought was extinct, I personally hate the sensor buttons because adjusting your earbuds in your ears would trigger the controls. While these do have a very sensitive physical button— it is easy to avoid while adjusting with practice. —BATTERY— The battery lasts me all day, what more do you want? —RANGE— Very good, about 30+ feet —CONS— -no MagSafe compatible charging -fit isn’t as perfect as some brands but is really good -if your an audiophile these earbuds are not balanced Final call- If you like bass, and hate the sensor controls on most earbuds— these very well could be the best earbuds you could get.
Excellent sound, abysmal battery life

I really wanted these to be my everyday earbuds. The sound quality was excellent for the price point. The noise cancelling was excellent as well. The only thing I didn’t like immediately out of the box was that I couldn’t change the functions to control volume as simply as I would prefer, but I could’ve gotten used to it. My problem came the first day I tried using them for more than a couple hours. The battery lasted for nearly two hours with ANC on. I figured I’d see how it did without the ANC and I didn’t quite hit four hours. I’m a moderate to heavy user and this short usage span is not acceptable for me. My 50$ JLab ANC3s have me spoiled with a longer battery life, I guess, since for half the cost I have twice the battery life.. Anyway, the second time I charged these guys, I began to have connectivity issues. Today, I went to turn on the aware mode and it said I had to have both earbuds in use for the function to work, even though I DID have both earbuds in my ears. I unpaired my buds, restarted my phone, reset the buds, and re-paired them. Now it says “Not Your Earbuds” but pairs to the extent that I can listen, but it refuses to recognize that both buds are out of the case. I tried following the various “fixes” for issues with the buds but none of them worked. Due to the short battery life, my case charge depletes very quickly. I started out with 100% at 6 in the morning and was down to 18% by 6 pm after having used the buds only 4.5 hours total today. At this point, 3 weeks into having them, I’ve discovered that my purchase was basically glorified earplugs since they fit quite well. 2/5 stars because the sound and ANC (when it worked the first couple weeks) was truly impressive. I will be returning them tomorrow before my 30 day return period expires next week.
[Rewarded Review] Good value at open-box price, bad call quality

Generally enjoy the Beats Studio Buds +! I like the sound signature they provide, and the comfort level is pretty good. Buttons on the side work well and are only mildly annoying clicking while pushing the buds into the ear slightly further. Some really prefer a tactile button so I get why they went that route. The retro, semi transparent case is a beautiful touch to my Millennial eyes, having grown up with Gameboy's that had the same touch!

I only have 2 issues with these buds:
1) The included silicone ear tips didn't provide a good seal for my ears. Further, I was missing 1x of the large ear tips with my purchase (they were open-box but should have had them regardless). Not the end of the world since I used different ear tips anyway.
2) The call quality on these is absolutely atrocious. I haven't taken a single call (maybe 8ish) where the person on the other end commented within a few seconds that they couldn't hear me, and/or that I sounded like I had a pillow over my mouth. You can only do so much with this type of small earbud form factor and I imagine making call quality better through firmware updates isn't too likely.

If you don't need them for calls and just want a straight forward pair of compact earbuds with a cool look and similarly compact case, these are not a bad choice. Especially if you get them for the ~$65 I did.
Don't waste your money or time on this garbage

I got these for Christmas about 8 months ago, I feel swallowing them whole would be more useful experience than trying to use these to listen to anything.
1. They don't stay in my ears, regardless of what cushions I use, angle I try or using the force of 10 thousand angry toddlers to shove them so far into my ears they float around with my brain. Walking? on the road. Doing dishes? suddenly I have to have the reflexes of cheeta to keep them out of the water. Sitting on the couch immobile? Popping out of my ears. They seem repelled by me.
2. Between popping out of my ears, they won't stay connected unless I'm holding my phone up next to them. Front pocket? cutting in and out every three seconds. Side pocket? not connecting at all. holding in my hand? unfortunately that's just too far for these things to find their signal. When I asked for tips from beats I got told my clothes or body could be in the way, excuse me while I just quickly remove the melons god cursed me with 10 years ago and walk the streets in my birthday suit. Walking with my phone next to my ear for any amount of time is ridiculous and if I do find the right angle in my pocket, a small gust of wind or a heavy breath starts the cutting out again.
3. The transparency option creates a high pitch whining constantly. Even when they are cutting in and out every millisecond I get to hear a lovely high pitch scream similar to an aggressive cicada moving into my ear. It's the most reliable thing about them because even with the music cutting in and out, that whining is constant. And depending on the song, you can hear it over the music. Noise cancelation creates a low whooshing noise. So if you enjoy hearing the ocean while your music cuts in and out every 5 seconds, these are definitely for you.
What's pushed me to finally review these after almost a year? the right ear bud won't play music at all anymore even when I've human pretzeled myself into a connection. It still works since it still beeps when I connect and disconnect it, as well as if I turn on transparency that lovely high pitch whining still blares in my ear, to go right along with my own screaming of frustration.
By far, the worse ear buds I have ever had the displeasure of owning. I've had better experiences with $30 grocery store ear buds than these $100+. Seriously, don't waste your time.
